This lovely first floor apartment is located 100 metres from the beach on Hillside. It is approached by steps leading to a balcony with river views and room to sit out. The patio doors lead into a light airy open plan lounge/diner/kitchen including dish washer.
There are three bedrooms, one double room, one twin bedded room and a child size/small adult bunk bedroom.
There is a walk in shower, W.C. and wash basin plus heated towel rail. The heating for the colder months is night storage.
This is a non-smoking apartment. No pets. Private car parking for one car.
Accessed via a slight slope from the car park there are 10 steps up to the apartment which has a wooden balcony. |
